Thai Boat 89, a newly established food truck offering authentic Thai cuisine with a unique and flavorful twist. Although our food trucks are new, we are an already established restaurant(also named Thai Boat 89) that opened in 2023, based on University St in St. Paul, MN. We are excited to introduce our food truck and the diverse menu of traditional Thai dishes with a modern twist, including freshly made rice bowls, our famous Pad Thai, and specialty street food items that have already received great feedback from our customers.
