In 2021, after having a brick and mortar restaurant for 37 years, we knew it was time to expand beyond our hometown of Princeton Minnesota, and food trucks are the way to do it. Now, in 2023, we have two food trucks traveling the State of Minnesota AND Wisconsin. Powered by the second generation of family owners Jody Stay, the Pizza Barn is in it's 40th year and the food trucks stay busy 12 months out of the year. Weather you need to serve at a private or public event, want pizza or a full catered meal, we can do most anything.
