We pride ourselves in our variety of Tex-Mex foods. We serve traditional and authentic Latin-American dishes such as our Birria Tacos, Street Tacos, Quesadillas, Nachos and for dessert our Churros! We take inspiration in the mix of Latin and American culture in this country therefore we also serve our California Burritos, Tex-Mex burgers and Loaded street fries.

Though our food truck opening only dates back a couple months it's history and journey dates way back. With the help of an expert we were able to build and transform a GMC 1997 into our beloved food truck from the ground up. Our menu comes from the inspiration of our two cultures fusing together as one. We utilize authentic flavors from Latin and North America resulting in staple dishes in which people are instantly hooked due to its unique taste.
