The road to Kozak Corner began three years ago, when Viktoriia and Walter first met.
Viktoriia, recently from Ukraine, is energetic, creative and ambitious, with more than 10 years of food industry experience in both Europe and the U.S. Walter brings business experience and knowledge of American food culture. We share a love of good food and the joy of spreading happiness by serving unique, outstanding food.
We serve a mix of contemporary street food popular in Ukraine, especially our signature shawarma wraps, together with traditional dishes such as fried meat pies, jam buns and Ukrainian dumplings (similar to perogies). Our menu includes pita sandwiches, sausage buns and other dishes – both familiar and unique. There's something for every taste!
