We have delicious and unique tacos, hand battered cheese curds with a variety of Dipping sauces, Italian dunkers, different desserts and are implementing Spanish rice and regular and spicy Mexican corn. Daily specials when we can also.

Hi. My name is Ginger and have been called G almost my entire life and this is my spot 😉. I have been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and starting this food truck has been a dream of mine for a long time. I love to cook and put a spin on everything I make. Our truck specializes in tacos. Not your "normal" taco but very unique with amazing taste. We also have hand bettered cheese curds with Dipping sauces from spicy honey to Marinara and a spicy maple bacon. All homemade and all delicious with our curds. We like to add specials often and have a few desserts as well like chocolate covered bacon and deep fried twisted tortillas with a sweet pink almond creme drizzled.on top. Definitely think about G-Spot for your next event as we would love to serve you.
