Welcome to my bus! This food truck is on a mission. My special needs adult son and I set out on this adventure of food trucking to help him and adults like him gain workforce readiness skills for employment. Our hope is to someday have a brick and mortar location that many special needs individuals call their work home.
The inspiration for our main food item “The Blee Burger” is my Dad, Hugh Blee. He owned taverns when I was going up. The Scratch Burger was the favorite food item of the patrons. Scratch Burger is seasoned, crumbled ground beef, served on a bun.
