Hearty, wholesome, Gluten-Free friendly food. Burgers, Hot Dogs, Tater Tots, Walking Tacos, Burritos, Lemonade, Iced Coffee. Tater tot-hot dish type meals are our specialty. Hot beef hoagies are a close second. Lots of yummy toppings and sauces. Delicious grass-fed beef. Locally raised. No hormones, steroids, anti-biotic.

Welcome to my bus! This food truck is on a mission. My special needs adult son and I set out on this adventure of food trucking to help him and adults like him gain workforce readiness skills for employment. Our hope is to someday have a brick and mortar location that many special needs individuals call their work home.
The inspiration for our main food item “The Blee Burger” is my Dad, Hugh Blee (see the bee above). He owned taverns when I was going up. The Scratch Burger was the favorite food item of the patrons. Scratch Burger is seasoned, crumbled ground beef, served on a bun. We have affectionately re-named it "Blee Burger". My Nephew, Jack, is a farmer in the Cannon Falls area. Our beef eats grass and don't do drugs. It is 100% grass-fed, no hormones, antibiotics, or steroids.
