Kraz'd Foodnatik Food Truck started it's journey 22 years ago after my grandma passed away from Kidney Failure. As a teenager I didn't know anything about health, diabetes, and it's affect on my life and the lives of many. I was born in Thailand and my parents came to U.S. to provide me and my siblings a better life. As a child, I grew up in Minnesota and the best memories were always the Minnesota State Fair. I looked forward to it every year as my parents brought us. Now as an adult I bring my own kids as it's our family tradition and I am currently a cardiology nurse. With the love for nursing, family, food, community, fairs & festivals, music, and people watching 😉 ; I have started my own journey in Kraz'd Foodnatik MN.
