Born from Sweet Science Ice Cream, Sprinkle is a vintage postal step van converted into a fully battery and solar powered scoop truck, no generator noise, just quiet, delicious craft ice cream wherever we park. We bring small-batch flavors made by our Saint Paul production team out to festivals, youth sports tournaments, private events, and everything in between across the Twin Cities. Sweet Science is in its 15th year, but Sprinkle is currently in its first full season on the road! We are proud to be part of the Minnesota Food Truck Association.
