We feature food & beverages from Minnesota’s melting pot – The Iron Range. Our meats & pasties are sourced from Fraboni's sausage company in Hibbing. Items include: Porketta sandwiches & nachos, Pasties, Polish Sausages, Wild Rice Brats, Vegetarian Wild Rice Sloppy Joes & Vegetarian Nachos. Many available gluten free. Desserts & drinks: Dark chocolate covered cheesecake on a stick, root beer Dorothy Molter's (aka The Root Beer Lady) “Isle of Pines” Root Beer & root beer floats.

Growing up in Northeast Minnesota, specifically the Iron Range, we didn’t understand how good the food was until we moved away for school and work. After years of trying to find local substitutes without success, we finally decided to use the skills we'd honed growing up in the restaurant and service industries to bring the flavors of the Iron Range to the Twin Cities. We put it on wheels, and created Deep Roots Concessions - the Iron Range on a Roll.
